  • Oversaw the design of a successful product, A-SCEND that meets the needs of our target market, generates revenue and positive customer feedback, and exceeds business goals.

  • Implemented a user-centered design approach, where the design and development of products are based on user needs and feedback. Established a research program that includes customer interviews and usability testing.

  • Built and managed a high-performing team; added 3 FTE to my small team of 1 FTE and 1 contractor and introduced Content Design as its own discipline; delivered exceptional results, fostered collaboration and innovation, and attracted top talent to the organization.

  • Took on additional responsibility: Led the Product Management function, in addition to the Design function; established expectations for designers and PMs to work together; saw improved morale from this effort.

  • Reinforced product-led growth and strategized ways for us to visualize PLG concepts in the app.
